- Your delivery address, when you choose delivery.
- Your order details and any notes you add for the kitchen.
- Payment information, which is collected and processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data (such as your cart, stored in your own browser).

- To prepare, process, and fulfill your pickup or delivery order.
- To contact you about your order (for example, if something is unavailable).
- To take payment and issue receipts or refunds.
- To run and improve our ordering service, and to comply with the law.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe under their own terms and privacy policy. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the amount and last four digits) needed to manage your order.
Text messages
If you provide your phone number, we may text you about your order — for example, status updates or a secure link to pay for a phone order. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of non-essential texts.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our payment processor (Stripe), delivery, and text-message providers — and only as needed to complete your order, or where required by law.
Cookies & local storage
Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser so your order is there when you return. We use minimal cookies needed for the site to function.

We keep order records as long as needed for business and legal reasons. To ask what information we hold, or to request a correction or deletion, contact us using the details below.
Children
Our service is intended for adults placing food orders and is not directed to children under 13.
