Terms of Service

You can order for pickup or delivery through our website or by phone. Menu items and prices may change, and items may sell out. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or we cannot reach you — and we will refund any charge for an order we cannot fulfill.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Online and pay-by-link orders include a 4% processing fee. Delivery orders include a delivery fee shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are added where required.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. For some phone orders we may text you a secure payment link. By paying, you authorize the charge for your order total, including fees and any applicable tax. Cash on pickup is available for phone orders where offered.

Please provide an accurate name, phone number, and (for delivery) address. Quoted times are estimates and may vary with kitchen volume. Delivery is available only within our service area.

Orders are made fresh, often right after they come in. If you need to change or cancel, call us as soon as possible at 718-326-1287. Once we’ve started preparing your order we may not be able to cancel it. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens (including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and shellfish). We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free. If you have a food allergy, please call us before ordering.

By providing your phone number you consent to receive order-related texts. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages.

Our name, logo, and site content belong to The Village Kitchen & Catering and may not be used without permission.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

We may update these Terms; the “Effective” date above shows when they were last revised.
